About the Organization
The initial trustees and founders of the Organization are Anita Crumel, William Crumel, and Edna Golden.
The members of the Board of Directors are:

Annually, the Organization brings together family and friends of William Crumel Jr. and the Foundation to celebrate William’s life and to award scholarships in his memory.
Through the fund raising efforts of the Foundation, scholarships are awarded to selected scholarship recipients. A four year commitment is made to each recipient with annual awards presented at the Annual Celebration and Scholarship Event.
The Foundation applied for and received Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code in 2003.
Our mission and vision are clearly defined
- The Foundation will financially support selected post-high school students in their pursuit of higher education.
- The Foundation will celebrate the life of William F. Crumel, Jr. at an annual event at which time scholarships will be awarded.
